General Support

Reach out if you need help creating an event, joining with an event code, syncing scores, importing a scorecard, or troubleshooting a scoring issue during a trip.

Data Recovery And Deletion

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Deleted, lost, overwritten, unsynced, corrupted, or otherwise unavailable event data may not be recoverable. The app includes an in-app profile deletion option, and verified manual privacy, access, or deletion requests are typically handled within 30 days after enough information is provided to reasonably identify the relevant records.

In-App Profile Deletion

In the app, open My Profile and choose Delete Profile & Backend Data. This removes the local profile on that device. For backend-linked shared events, deleting your profile will permanently delete any shared event you own. For shared events owned by someone else, the app removes your backend participation and claim links where possible. Event scoring records already incorporated into a shared event may remain as part of that event's record after those links are removed. If the relevant shared event is not currently linked on your device, contact support for manual help.

What To Include

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • The app version or a screenshot of the issue, if available.
  • Your event code and the approximate time the issue happened.
  • A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.

Privacy And Deletion Requests

For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, email the support address above with enough detail to identify your profile and the relevant event. Include your display name, event name or code, and the request you want handled. Verified manual requests are typically handled within 30 days.

Local Data And Privacy Choices

Profile data, locally saved events, and saved courses stored only on your device can be removed directly from the app or by deleting the app. You can also revoke Photos access for scorecard import in iOS Settings at any time. Shared-event data may also exist on the backend when you use online event features.
